Love Meditation Exercise

Inhale deeply..Exhale.. Drop your thoughts from your head down into your heart chakra and inhale again..exhale..See a beautiful pink light start to flicker and glow in your heart chakra. As you inhale it slowly grows..grows and grows until it fills your entire body...expanding out into your aura. Breathe this light in deeply, letting it fill you with the feeling of love. Exhale. Sit in this energy breathing deeply for as long as you like, then start your day.
