Cord Clearing from Archangel Michael & Healing from Archangel Raphael

As you read this, I would like you to think of one person that you need to cut cords of anger, fear, resentment or regret..... Got that person in mind? OK - I now ask that the Archangel Michael come near you and start to dissolve gracefully the energetic ties that you have to that person.

Please inhale deeply as you feel him do this. Where on your body do you feel the tie? Exhale slowly as it dissolves the negative ties, keeping all of the positive memories and love for that person, only dissolving the negative. As it does, feel love being sent back through the energetic tie to them. Inhale for the count of 5 and hold...exhale for 5 counts. Now once more, inhale for the count of 5 and hold...exhale for 5 counts. Say a thank you to Archangel Michael for this service....

As you read this, I ask that the Archangel Raphael take the place of Archangel Michael and to place his hands where the cords were dissolved. Gently inhale for the count of 5 and exhale for 5 counts as he sends healing green light into the place where the cord resided and fills the hole with green light and heals the space. Inhale for the count of 5 and hold...exhale for 5 counts. & once more.....Inhale for the count of 5 and hold...exhale for 5 counts. Say thank you to the Archangel Raphael for this service and as you become aware of being grounded in your body...inhale... and release the breathe feeling renewed.

Now I want you to think of that person you had ties to.. How have the feelings shifted towards them? Lighter? Less angry? Less resentful? More understanding of their position in your sacred contract? Good:)

Drink lots of water the next couple of days and take a 20 minute salt bath to release the toxic feelings from your cells.

Much love to you!

Desiderata by Max Ehrmann 1927

Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and ignorant; they too have their story.
Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain and bitter;
for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.

Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
Keep interested in your career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.
Exercise caution in your business affairs; for the world is full of trickery.
But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals;
and everywhere life is full of heroism.

Be yourself.
Especially, do not feign affection.
Neither be critical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is as perennial as the grass.

Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with imaginings.
Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.

You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.

Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be,
and whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul.
With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy.

American Winter Documentary

Last night on HBO GO, I watched a documentary called American Winter regarding the poverty levels in American .  I am so blessed and grateful, but also VERY aware that it is possible for almost all us to be in the same boat if something happens and I know that many of you are already there, which I send my prayers to you daily.

I have been wondering how to help and I have decided to check what the common items needed are at my local food pantry and buy $20 worth each week during my shopping trips to donate them at the end of the month.  With coupons, sales, and the 99 cents store,  it should add up to a decent help effort.   I would love it if you would share this post and if possible financially, commit to buying a few items each time that you go to the store and drop them off monthly as well.

Please understand that this is not a blog  post to reply with your own comments of problems, but a post that will support and affirm our blessings and gratitude.  Be the change you need in your life :)  Giving reaps a very wonderful return and God blesses those that help others.

How the Food Industry sucks us in, the new cigarette?

This morning I was watching the news and eating a Cadbury Egg with my coffee, as I do..  (No judging! lol) I am not normally a news watcher, because it always seems more sad than good, but the promo leading in to the next segment caught my eye regarding food and addiction, which baby, I totally have an addiction to food.  (Hence, the Cadbury Egg with my coffee.)

It was actually quite perfect, because it was an interview with the author Michael Moss, who wrote Salt Sugar Fat: How the Food Giants Hooked Us and he was discussing how his book reveals that the food industry has perfected the art of manufacturing salt, (did you know there are 61 versions of salt? Who knew!?), sugars, and fats in the perfect combo so that it can cause addiction. They even have a combo for sugar that they call the Bliss level for the brain to hook in and need more.

There are accounts of SVP's from the industry that are now feeling BAD for how they have done this to our country and the leader of Phillip Morris warned them that they are going to have many of the same issues as tobacco as they move forward in the practice, warning labels, health risks etc.  He compared it to TOBACCO!

I am going to go buy this book for sure today or check and see if my library has it.  It sounds so interesting and I wanted to share.

Much love and blessings!

I have a great short Meditation on Healing Addiction as well that you may like.  I know I do it often and it has helped :

Love Meditation Exercise

Inhale deeply..Exhale.. Drop your thoughts from your head down into your heart chakra and inhale again..exhale..See a beautiful pink light start to flicker and glow in your heart chakra. As you inhale it slowly grows..grows and grows until it fills your entire body...expanding out into your aura. Breathe this light in deeply, letting it fill you with the feeling of love. Exhale. Sit in this energy breathing deeply for as long as you like, then start your day.
